We ask only that you return the merchandise in new condition, in original boxes, with your receipt. Sorry, no returns on personalized items, custom wine cellars, custom wine racks, cooling units, audiovisual products (CDs, DVDs, etc.), computer software, books, food, or plants. Shipping is refunded only if items were personalized incorrectly in production, the wrong items were shipped, or merchandise was received damaged. For all free-standing wine cellars, wine racks, large furniture pieces, and cooling units, pre-payment will be required, and a 20% restocking charge will be imposed for any cancellations or returns.

The glasses have two "feet" on the bottom, and basically rely on the somewhat rounded surface of the glass at the back to stand up, if you set them down. I don't really find that arrangement stable enough to trust setting them down. They tip over too easily.

Your dinner guests will be so surprised as you serve them after dinner drinks in this special sipper. They will definitely ask, "where did you get these, they are so cute?" Suggestion: buy a box or two as gifts for your friends. PS They look and feel expensive but they are NOT.

I purchased 2 sets for myself 3 years ago and at first my husband thought it's "useless gadget that looks pretty" but after first use he never used the other port glasses ever again! We've had a lot of complements and everyone asks us where we found such a unique item. Cleaning of the curve in the stem can be hard but I have found if I soak it overnight or putting it in the dishwasher cleans it very well. I have just purchased yet another set for a friend who fell in love with them. They are durable glasses. Highly recommend them.

Love these little gems. I was pleasently surprised to find that these little gems looked more like blown art glass than a port sipper. You can stylishly sip any favorite cordial in these beauties. Lemoncello, Amoretto, what ever you enjoy.

Enhances feel and taste of liqueurs - haven't tried port. Fun to hold, but hard to really warm the drink. Not for single malt. Not hard to hand wash - easy to blast water through the spout. More rugged than it appears - I take it into garage/workshop. Box makes a nice protective travel case. My wife says I look like a baby with a sippy-cup, but she hasn't tried it yet.

This set of glasses is a real eye catcher. They are very petite and unique. I like getting fun, special and different glassware and this set was a bargain also. Every one that has had a chance to see and use the set just love it!

They are a bit delicate and washing the 'straw' handle can be tricky. If a bit of wine happens to dry up in the straw, I just soak them in hot water and it cleans up fast.
