I quite often get invited to gatherings. But because I am never home (and live in a distant, rural area), I rarely entertain at home. This is perfect for carrying a good selection of wines, from the cellar to enjoy with friends.
I haven't tried these colored glasses, but gifted a set of the clear ones to friends for their new boat. They looked and felt great! No plastic smell or taste, and perfect for the water.
Delivery WAS within the "up to six weeks," but I purchased this as a wedding gift and it would have been VERY nice to at least be notified when it was actually on its way. Arrived in wonderful condition.
Received it in a reasonable amount of time. I'm in the wine sales business so this is very handy. The ice packs that I've added to it keep my wines perfectly chilled, even on long trips.. I would highly recommend this to anybody who wants to just bring the lines to the beach, to a restaurant or is in the wine sales business.
The bag was fine, it was the customer service that was not great, they sent me my bag with the wrong monogram and would not take it back to fix. They gave me a $25.00 certificate off for my next purchase, I wanted the bag with the correct monogram. I believe in excellent customer service, I'm a little surprised considering we shop here a lot. Maybe they should consider before monogramming to call the customer to verify the writing is correct, especially if they do not do any returns or exchanges. Just a suggestion. Happy Holidays.
Would be helpful if you actually showed how the personalization would appear instead of just writing first initial, middle initial and last initial...I wasn't sure if the middle letter was larger and would be in the middle position as it would be in a monogram and I emailed customer service 3x to CONFIRM how I wanted it to read and was assured it would be a specific way and it is not...and guess what...no returns on a personalized item...now it's completely useless!
Bag will not accomodate an opened bottle of wine with a cork in it. We are in the business and wanted to give to our sales staff. When I asked about quality control and had anyone else discussed the size-I received no customer response other then to send them back-which I did.
