I originally ordered the personalized wine opener online but when I never received a confirmation email I called in and was told they see the order but it wasn't complete for some odd reason. How could you see an order and not follow up on it if there was an issue? The young lady that helped we was very professional and helpful. At that time I asked if the engraving was on both sides and was told no, (it doesn't say that anywhere). I inquired about having both sides done and they spoke to your vendor who replied yes for a nominal fee. I gave the go ahead for both sides and received both openers engraved on one side only. Now for the kicker, they were gifts for our best man and matron of honor on Feb 26th. Both openers accompanied very nice bottles of wine. It's not a big deal that they were not personalized both sides, though that would have been perfect. It's more of a deal that I just made the order in time due to the online process failed. The rest was minor yet a little disappointing that a simple task couldn't be carried out.
