Item received was not like photo display

I bought this wine barrel sign for a gift to a client. When I received this item, I was disappointed, because the sign didn't look like the one that was displayed online. It was durable enough, but the craftsmanship didn't come close to the cost. The face of the barrel was suppose to be stained dark to match the sides, but was delivered unfinished and the lettering was just printed in black, not carved into the wood like the photo displayed. When I called to discuss the issue, the company told me they were suppose to be changing the display photo to the new way they are creating this sign. Doesn't look like they have made the change yet, so beware! I ended up adding bree wax to darken the face and added a cool touch by painting the grapes and leaves some color. It ended up working out but not worth the money the company is charging. The company did work with me. I felt the customer service was good...product, not so good.

I bought this item to go with my wine theme in the kitchen. It looks great on the wall. The only con was the lettering was slightly smudged when we opened it, but not enough to send back. There is also a letter in the box telling you that this will occur if u rub the lettering. Other than that I love it.
