Excellent product
I don't understand the 1 star review. I've opened hundreds of bottles with this Origine corkscrew. It's built like a tank. Very heavy gauge stainless steel. 2 stage opener with foil knife and bottle opener and has flawless fit and finish. The non stick cork screw is easy to use and remove even very dry corks with ease and without breaking the cork. The fittings and hinges have not weakened or loosened since day one. This is not an elegant $300 corkscrew but rather a brute. It will open multiple bottles every day for as long as you live. If you want a $50 waiter's style corkscrew that will work forever this is it.

Handle came off after using it 4 or 5 times. Had to glue it back on.

Poorly Quality
Very nice piece aesthetically with the wood from the reclaimed wine barrel. It has a great feel in your hand; very soft and smooth. Unfortunately, I used it three, maybe four times and it fell apart. I get much more use out of a $9.99 waiter's corkscrew from Total Wine and More.
