We built our wine cellar into our kitchen during a remodel last summer. We spent many hours on the phone with Wine Enthusiast and had to wait almost two months to receive it because the delivery company did not want to bring it up the stairs to our third floor condo. We were very frustrated, but it worked well until this spring when it just stopped working all together. Wine Enthusiast agreed to replace the unit, charged us to ship the new unit to our home and charged us again to have the old unit hauled away. The new unit came and is now working but they refused to haul away the old unit. Several weeks later, it is still in our home with no action or shipping refund on the part of Wine Enthusiast. We are very dissatisfied. I would not purchase from this company again. Ever.

Comments about N'FINITY PRO 166 Dual Zone Wine Cellar (Stainless Steel Door Right Hinge):

I purchased two units to use side by side in a basement with an ambient temperature that ranges from 60-62F.
--Both units are quiet and do not run too much. --One unit maintains a constant temperature, but the other unit continually resets to the factory settings and swings at least four degrees every 8-12 hours. After 1.5 weeks I still don't have any feedback from Technical Support.
--Sizing: I fit 130 bottles (sizes: CA CAB, Pinot, Syrah, CDP) in one unit and 113 bottles (Barolo, Brunello, Burg and Bordeaux) in the other unit.
--The top shelf has enough clearance to fit 1.5L and 3L bottles or oversize champagne bottles.
--Given temp swings and the requirement to set the top and bottom of the unit 4 degrees F apart I wouldn't recommend this unit for long term storage.

Bought unit in March and have had issues with cooling ever since. Tech came out to fix but no luck. Unit was replaced yesterday and have the same issue. Bottom line, the unit's temperature reading is inaccurate; unit set at 49 degrees F and digital display eventually shows 49 degrees. However noticed the bottles seemed warmer than the display. Bought analog thermometer and discovered the unit was 60-62 degrees F. The unit will not cool below 60-62 degrees F.

Used to store vintage red wines. Worked well from 2010 until a few months ago when internal temp started rising. Overnight on Monday the temp rose to 68 and a small puddle of condensate appeared on floor. See Service comments. Wine Enthusiast provides no tech support for N'Finity. Was given 4 different technical support numbers by WE online chat customer service. The N'finity tech support # provided by WE is a non-working number. The 3 other # were for US manufacturers who do not manufacture or provide tech support for N'Finity. Complete run around by Wine Enthusiast.

Comments about N'FINITY PRO 166 Dual Zone Wine Cellar (Glass Door Right Hinge):

I ordered this wine fridge after returning a horrible similar product made by Vinotemp. The N'Finity is QUIET, which was my main source of dissatisfaction with the prior purchased product. The temp varies here and there, but only a couple of degrees so no issue. Looks good, truth in advertising! Delivery was on time!

Comments about N'FINITY PRO 166 Dual Zone Wine Cellar (Stainless Steel Door Right Hinge):

The unit is attractive, but if you have Pinot Noir or other large bottle formats, the unit will hold far less that advertised. Overall, I wish it were larger for bottles that are bulky This was not clear to us and had we known, we would not have ordered this unit. Temperature control is very finicky too!

Our wine cooler is wonderful and the blue LED lighting creates such ambiance. After installation into our custom wall unit we removed the protective film that covered the glass door and found many scratches. Customer service advised me to use Aqua Net hairspray to remove the scratches which I was very skeptical about. VOILA! After a little elbow grease, hairspray and a clean soft cloth the scratches are gone. Thank you Wine Enthusiast!

I installed this unit and two of the N'Finity Pro 46 units in a set of dark colored (espresso maple) custom cabinets. (Actually, all three are the black front, not stainless steel). They look great in my new 'wine room'! Initially the temperatures fluctuated +/- 4 degrees, but seem to be settling down. You have to unlock the control panel to turn on the lights, but the blue lights highlight the refrigerators nicely. Top area maximum temperature is only 54 degrees - not as flexible as the bottom; will be interesting since I'm mostly a red wine consumer.
