You will need one of those flute cleaner brushes for these guys, or you'll drop one in the sink and break it before its ever been used. Would never risk these in the dishwasher. I do think they could be about an inch shorter (less tippy), but that might mess up the proportions.

These flutes are fabulous. They look sexy and showcase the bubbles of sparkling wine wonderfully. They are durable but not heavy. They can be a little challenging to dry. Overall a great purchase.
