We ask only that you return the merchandise in new condition, in original boxes, with your receipt. Sorry, no returns on personalized items, custom wine cellars, custom wine racks, cooling units, audiovisual products (CDs, DVDs, etc.), computer software, books, food, or plants. Shipping is refunded only if items were personalized incorrectly in production, the wrong items were shipped, or merchandise was received damaged. For all free-standing wine cellars, wine racks, large furniture pieces, and cooling units, pre-payment will be required, and a 20% restocking charge will be imposed for any cancellations or returns.

This one of a kind Jean Dubost Laguiole's Waiter Style Corkscrew in a stag horn finish is crafted with meticulous French mastery. The blade and worm are stainless steel and the handle is made from naturally shed stag's horn with a blend of hues that makes each one unique. The corkscrew we owned before this one was a disaster: you had to work hard to get corks out, and half of the time the cork would break. Well, that's what you expect from a cheap corkscrew! This one by Laguiole is heaven: it works great, goes very straight into the cork, and is very easy to use. Plus it's very sleek. My husband and I love it! Just what you need if you're a wine lover.

Product is nice, but not worth the price. Customer service was very poor - product was on back order, but I was never notified. When I called to inquire about the order (a month after ordering, with no word from WE after my order confirmation) the service rep acted as if he didn't care the product was delayed or that I had not been notified. I will not order from this company again.

Cheaply made and engineered. First opener broke immediately on opening. The second opener was jammed such that it took great effort and a broken fingernail to open. I would not buy a Laguiole again.

Have uncorked about 3,000 bottles, and finally bought this piece. Very solid looking and feeling, but does not grab the bottle well. Slips on more than half the bottles. My cheaper models are not as stylish or heavy duty, but work much better. Overall disappointed in usefulness and cannot recommend for use. It does make a good addition to the bar top for looks.
