I love the look and the feel of the steak knives, however they did not cut through the meat as easily as I would have anticipiated.

The knives are beautiful. Like all good knives, they need to be hand washed but still very good for everyday usage.

The knives look very nice and present well in a table setting. However, they are not the razor sharp that the description describes.

These are a really beautiful and functional product. I first used these at the Inn at Little Washington, where I presume they put them in the dishwasher, although I always avoid putting wood in the dishwasher.
