Excellent
We used the knives to cut filet mignons, the knives were remarkably sharp and easy to use. I find them beautiful to the eye as well.

A gift that will become an heirloom
We chose these steak knives because of design, brand recognition and beauty. My niece was very happy to receive them as a christmas gift. They are light weight, durable and very sharp. The unique colors compliment most tableware. This set is sure to become an heirloom

NOT LIKE THEY USED TO BE
IF YOU ARE BUYING REPLACEMENT KNIVES FOR A SET 10 YRS OLD BE PREPARED TO BE DISSAPOINTED. IN COMPARISON THESE ARE FLIMSEY. WEIGHT IS 30% LESS THAN EARLIER KNIVES. IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME BUYER YOU WILL BE IMPRESSED BY THEIR QUALITY AND SHARP EDGE. STILL ONE OF THE BEST BUY ON THE MARKET AND I THINK THE PRICE IS LESS THAN IT USED TO BE

Fine
They seem very flimsy and thin. The blades wobble when trying to cut with them. I expected a lot better quality from a knife company as old and established as this.

Multi-Colored = Cheap Plastic
Delivery was prompt but me product did not arrive in good condition. One of the blades was scratched all over.
