Comments about Howard Miller Seneca Falls Wine Cabinet:

A very disappointing product from a good furniture company and very disappointed with Wine Enthusiast support. The unit arrived and the front door magnets were improperly adjusted so to keep the door up I had to lock it.-- worked fine until the skeleton key broke off in the lock. I figured out how to adjust the magnets to hold the door up, but in the middle of the ight -- crash -- the magnets gave away and the door fell down, breaking off one of the support screws, bending the hinges such that they are no longer useful, and the unit can no longer be closed up. When I called W.E. to explain the problem and ask them to either send a mother unit or help me figure out how to repair, all i got was "not our problem." I will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from Wine Enthusiast again and I am incredibly disappointed that Howard Miller wouldn't stand behind their product. DO NOT BUY!!!!
