The giant metal corkscrew looked much more solid and sturdy in the brochure than in person. It arrived in a box that was pretty mangled, and the corkscrew was mangled as well. It was very bendable, but in bending it back there were creases that remained. I must say that the replacement arrived intact, and looked very nice on the wall. It is light weight, thus easy to hang.

The initial wall corkscrew arrived very damaged. I notified Wine Enthusiast, and they were so nice! I sent pictures of the damaged item, and a new corkscrew was immediately sent at no further expense to me. The new one arrived and looks great. I definitely feel secure ordering from Wine Enthusiast!

I bought this to hang on a living room wall (with a slanted cathedral ceiling) and behind the Wine Enthusiast wine barrel bistro table (which I previously purchased and love). It is PERFECT! The corkscrew is LARGE and rustic so you need ample space and a casual decor to appropriately display it. It would also be suitable for use in a commercial bar/restaurant and is a true conversation piece and humorous.

Hung it in stairwell leading to private wine cellar. Wanted something "unique", something you're not likely to see alot of other places. For those reasons it fits. Great looking but also "cheap" looking in that metal is extremely thin. Flip flops just carrying it. If had been made with sturdier material, you'd have a winner with this decor piece. Good enough for home use but wouldn't recommend as item to gift.

Nothing wrong with the product....the problem was being charged for 2 when I only ordered 1 and only received one. I have asked for 2 weeks for a credit to my account and have yet to hear from their customer service.

It was not what I expected...very thin and unless the wall you hang it on is perfectly flat (which mine isn't because it's plaster) it sticks out kind of funny....I ended up putting it down in my family room in the bar area, but had wanted it in my wine themed kitchen.....

Interesting piece that adds a nice touch to the casual "game room" where its located. Nice size, light weight. Attracts conversation whenever someone walks into the room.
