Earlier this year, I purchased the Fusion Classic Cabernet wine glasses for myself. At that time, I was not familiar with "Wine Enthusiast"; however, after receiving my wine glasses, I loved them, and as such, I recently sent them to my 26-year-old son...he loves them, too!

Service and delivery comments:

The delivery was very prompt. Unfortunately, my son recently broke a glass while he was washing them; however, one phone call to Wine Enthusiast Customer Service, and the rep immediately said the company would be mailing him a replacement glass. I never thought the company would actually stand behind the 10-year warranty. I am VERY impressed, and my son is thrilled, as he loves these wine glasses. Thanks "Wine Enthusiast" for a wonderful product and fantastic customer service!

Overall they are nice, however, we thought these glasses would be a bit more durable than they really are. One broke with a small tap at the side of the sink. We then thought of taking advantage of the warranty and then read the notorious "fine print" and realized it was more hassle than its worth. Bottom line... we didn't buy what we thought we were buying and felt a bit misled with the "guarantee".

Nice glasses that seem to stand up to every day use. They would get 5 stars except that for the last 2 orders, packing for shipment has been pathetic and both orders arrived with 1 broken glass. WE promptly sent a replacement packaged so well you could drop it from a plane, but it's a bother to have to request a replacement. Warranty is worthless. Shipping a warranty replacement glass cost more than the glass itself.

These stems are simply amazing. We love them. We had Riedel for years but they kept breaking. And we only washed them by hand. Now, with these glasses, after several years of use we have only broken two stems. Both have been replaced using the warranty.

But more than that, we find that they are able to bring the nose of the wine to us in a far better way than the Riedel. We will never by another stem unless it is from Wine Enthusiast. No, really.

loved the wine glasses - they are elegant - even dropped one on a plate and it didn't break - will be buying the pinot glasses next, i will only buy fusion from know on

Lovely glasses. They show the wine very well. Even the taste and aroma are better. I would highly recommend these glasses to anyone. Perfect for a dinner party.

Excellent alternative to Reidel glasses for red wine. glasses are taller than conventional ones and need more room for storage.

First time we get decent glasses for red wine ... I'll tell you ... it makes a difference. A good wine tastes even better. This glasses are light and strong enough. I don't give it 5 stars just because I don't consider myself to know enough about wine glasses.
One more thing. From the original 6+2, 2 came broken, sent and email to customer service twice and my email was ignored. I had to call, but then the replacements were sent immediately. I'm ok with calling but they should remove the customer service email if no one checks that inbox.

Have been using the Fusion stems for years and always get compliments. The policy of replacing these makes them a great choice. Look good and a better value than many other more expensive stemware.
