We ask only that you return the merchandise in new condition, in original boxes, with your receipt. Sorry, no returns on personalized items, custom wine cellars, custom wine racks, cooling units, audiovisual products (CDs, DVDs, etc.), computer software, books, food, or plants. Shipping is refunded only if items were personalized incorrectly in production, the wrong items were shipped, or merchandise was received damaged. Individually handcrafted in a thirty-step process, the EuroCave Performance 59 will provide years of smooth, quiet, vibration-free service with the utmost ease of operation. Stored in these true wine cellars, your finest vintages will develop to their full potential. The Performance 59 series has built-in versatility: build this wine cellar into your kitchen counter, or stand it on the floor in your den, TV room, or office! Also the security lock and key will keep your valuable collection protected.
Available with either a 1-Temperature Zone or a Multi-Temperature Zone.
- The 1-temperature cabinet re-creates the natural deep cellar and ensures a constant optimum temperature between 55°F and 57°F. The hygrometer provides an LCD display to advise of humidity range. Built-in alarm alerts when humidity level has fallen below 50%. Water can be added to cassettes to increase humidity to optimum range of 50-80%.
- The multi-temperature cabinet has a temperature graduation; the upper section (59-72°F) for red wine service and the lower section (41-54°F) for chilling white wines and champagne for service. The unit will create a temperature graduation from the top to the bottom using the two temperatures that you set as the minimum and maximum. The unit can also be used for long term storage for proper aging of your wine. The multi-temperature unit does not contain a hygrometer or a lava rock cassette.
*Capacity is based off using standard Bordeaux size bottles, using larger size bottles may limit the capacity. If you would like to store larger bottles you can easily adjust the height of any of the shelves. Additional shelves will lower capacity.

EuroCave Performance 59 Built-In Wine Cellar (1-Temp) (Black - Solid Door) Q: I am looking to place this unit in a closet (55 inches W x 36 inches D). Will there be any problem with heat build up? Asked on 11/8/2011 by Lee from Iowa Know the answer? Answer this question 2 answers A: It would be hard to say as this is a front vented model so the exhaust is out the front bottom. If there is ventilation in the closet or a couple of inches below the door for fresh air that would definitely help. To be safe many people will either use a louvered door or will buy a vent and cut out a section of the door and attach the vent to the door for air flow. Failure to give it this can cause damage to the unit. Eventually I went online and ordered a wrought iron wine cellar gate styled door. It kept the unit running efficiently and looked amazing. In fact, I sold my house in the midst of this terrible recession with one of the requests being that I leave the cellar/bar set up behind including the gate. If you have a newer unit or are looking to purchase a unit, you will have to do the following: 1- Press and hold the Set and “+” button at the same time (**The display will show three zeros) 2- Tap on the “-“ button until the number 8 appears on the right digit. 3- Tap the Set button. 4- Tap the “-“ button until the number 8 appears on the center digit. 5- Tap the Set button 6- Tap the “-“ button until the number 8 appears on the left dash. 7- Tap the Set button (**The panel will display all icons) 8- Tap the set button (**The panel will display the unit version and board type) 9- Tap the Set button (**The panel will display “00”) 10- Close the door to activate the door sensor and move to the next step (**The panel will display the flashing Fahrenheit symbol) (**Tap on “-” button to change to Celsius if desired, “+” to return to F) 11- Tap the Set button Then tap the power button once to bring you back to the main screen.
