How can this be mounted to the wall?
Nicole T on Feb 20, 2018
BEST ANSWER: For added stability I used 1X4 rails that were fastened to the wall studs and then fastened the wine racks to the rails. The drywall anchors that come with the rack are not strong enough in my opinion and did not want to risk 36 bottles of wine.
Could these units be stacked one on top of the other (mounted to wall of course)? Also—could these units be cut to size vertically?
Kay L on Apr 23, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes they could be stacked vertically as long as you have the ceiling height, but you should be very careful in securing the units to the wall for greater support. They also could be cut to size vertically, but again you should be careful to secure to wall. You will probably need to purchase some 90 deg. angle brackets to help with the stability in either case.
How much does this weigh? What will it weigh with bottles on it?
Surekha P on Mar 23, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The Corsica Vertical Wood and Metal Wine Rack weighs 34 pounds and each bottle of wine weighs 4 pounds. If you completely fill the rack, the wine will weigh 144 pounds, so combined the weight will be 178 pounds.

Very Nice Looking
Very happy with this. Gave it 4 stars because it came with 50% less screws than needed! I had to stagger the screws for each rung so I hope it doesn't fall a part one day. Fingers crossed!
