We ask only that you return the merchandise in new condition, in original boxes, with your receipt. Sorry, no returns on personalized items, custom wine cellars, custom wine racks, cooling units, audiovisual products (CDs, DVDs, etc.), computer software, books, food, or plants. Shipping is refunded only if items were personalized incorrectly in production, the wrong items were shipped, or merchandise was received damaged. Chill wine from the inside. Corkcicle is an easy way to chill wine without having to tote an ice bucket. Simply open your pre-chilled wine bottle, pour out just a sip’s worth to avoid overflow, and insert the pre-frozen Corkcicle. Remove the Corkcicle from the bottle prior to pouring. Hand wash and re-freeze for next use.

1. Prep - Unbox Corkcicle & remove protective wrap. Place in freezer (for at least two hours) Pour first taste from bottle to make room for Corkcicle.
2. Use - Insert into chilled bottle. Enjoy entire bottle at perfect temperature. When removing, simply tap Corkcicle on inside top of bottle to avoid dripping.
3. Clean - Wash and rinse in sink.
4. Re-Use - After cleaning, return Corkcicle to freezer. Re-use over and over again.

Corkcicle Wine Chiller Q: I don't understand how this works. If your wine is already chilled, do you keep the corkcicle inside the pre-chilled wine bottle all the time its on your table except when you are pouring the wine--and its purpose it to maintain the chilled temperature? Or is it meant to bring the pre-chilled bottle to the "best' temperature for white wine by inserting the corcicle for a brief time just prior to pouring the glasses after the first one (that's poured to make room for the corcicle)--and then you remove the corcicle?
