Wine Enthusiast decanter Design Contest
Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Contest may only be entered in or from the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and entries originating from any
other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. This Contest is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States.
You are not authorized to participate in the Contest if you are not located within the United States.

1. How to Enter. To enter the Wine Enthusiast Decanter Design Contest (“Contest”), go to WineEnthusiast.com/Contest
(the “Site”), download and complete all fields of the Contest application, and submit an original decanter design in JPEG format,
along with an up-to-date resume, to this email address: Contest@WineEnthusiast.net. Your decanter design shall be referred to
herein as your “Design” and must be in accordance with the Entry Format Guidelines set forth below in Section 2. Your Design,
Contest application, and resume will be collectively referred to herein as your “Submission.” Your Submission must be submitted
between 12:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 26, 2009 and 11:59 pm ET on April 3, 2009.

By entering, each entrant warrants and represents that (1) entrant’s Submission (including the Designs therein) is entrant’s
own 100% original creation; (2) entrant’s Submission does not incorporate any intellectual property from any third parties;
(3) that entrant’s Submission does not violate the rights (including any rights of privacy, rights of publicity or copyrights)
of any third parties; and (4) entrant’s Submission has not been entered into any other Contest or won any other award.
Sponsor and its respective directors, officers, employees, assigns, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents,
are not liable for violations of any third-party rights, including, but not limited to, claims of copyright, trademark, patent
infringement, defamation, trade secrets, trade dress or rights of publicity, on the part of the entrant. Sponsor assumes that
all Designs provided with entries are free of any third-party rights.

All entrants must have a valid email address. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid,
unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems
of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible. Proof of submission
will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. All entries and Submissions become the sole and exclusive property
of the Sponsor and receipt of Submissions will not be acknowledged or returned. Delivery of prizes requires a street
address (no P.O. Boxes).

2. Entry Format Guidelines. All Submissions must consist of original artwork designed in accordance with the following
Entry Format Guidelines. Sponsor encourages entrants to use the highest visual quality that best presents entrant’s idea.
When submitting your Design, you must follow these Entry Format Guidelines to be eligible for the Contest: Entrant should
submit a JPEG file that shows the product in a silo or lifestyle setting.

• Your concept can be created as a 2-D or 3-D rendering, 3-D sculpture, or a technical drawing. Concept must be
   photographed, scanned (if necessary), and converted into a high-quality JPEG file no more than 1mb file size.
• Minimum size of 4 x 6 inches (10.16 x 15.24 centimeters).
• Maximum size of 8 x 10 inches (20.32 x 25.4 centimeters).

3. Eligibility. Participation open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and District of Columbia, who are over 21 years
of age at the time of entry. Void outside of the fifty United States, District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted
by law. Employees, officers and directors of Wine Enthusiast Companies (“Sponsor”), and its advertising and promotion
agencies, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether
related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. Contest may only be entered in or from the
United States and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. You are not authorized to participate
in the Contest if you are not located within the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

4. Judging Criteria. Sponsor reserves the right to reject or disqualify any Submission that it deems inappropriate, in its sole
and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Contest in the event that an insufficient number of Submissions
are received to adequately apply the below-stated judging criteria.

All eligible Submissions will be judged by a judging panel April 3 through April 29, 2009, based on the following judging criteria:
(i) originality; and (ii) ability to enhance the taste of wine and the aesthetics of wine presentation. By entering the Contest, entrants
fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all
matters relating to the Contest. In the event of a tie, the highest score in the ability to enhance the taste of wine category will
determine winner. One (1) First, Second and Third Place Prize winner will be selected by the judging panel based on the judging
criteria above.

5. Prizes.
One (1) First Place Grand Prize winner will receive: (i) $1,000; (ii) a write-up in Wine Enthusiast Magazine; (iii) a one-year
subscription to Wine Enthusiast Magazine; and (iv) four (4) VIP Tasting Tickets to Wine Enthusiast’s "Toast of the Town New York”
in New York City, scheduled to take place in June 2009 (hereinafter “Toast of the Town NY Event”). Approximate Retail Value
(“ARV”) of First Prize: $1800.

One (1) Second Place Prize winner will receive: (i) a one-year subscription to Wine Enthusiast Magazine; and (ii) two (2) VIP
Tasting Tickets to the Toast of the Town NY Event. ARV of Second Prize: $400.

One (1) Third Place Prize winner will receive: (i) a one-year subscription to Wine Enthusiast Magazine; and (ii) two (2) Grand
Tasting Tickets to the Toast of the Town NY Event. ARV of Third Prize: $250.

ARV of all prizes combined: $2,450.

PRIZES DO NOT INCLUDE AIRFARE, GROUND TRANSPORTATION AND/OR HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS. SPONSOR IS NOT
RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTATION TO OR ACCOMMODATIONS IN NEW YORK CITY. ALL WINNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE
FOR THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO AND ACCOMODATIONS IN NEW YORK CITY. Winner will be required to show photo
identification in order to claim prize. Transportation, accommodations, taxes, meals, gratuities, or any other expenses not
specifically listed herein responsibility of winner. If winner cannot travel on date specified by Sponsor, prize may be forfeited
and awarded to an alternate. Winners may be mentioned in the Wine Enthusiast Magazine, based on Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves
the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Notification. Winner will be notified on or about April 30, 2009 by U.S. mail or FedEx and will be required to sign and return,
where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and ownership transfer document within seven (7) days of prize notification. If winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of first notification attempt, if prize or prize notification is
returned as undeliverable, if winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Contest rules and requirements,
such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected based on the judging criteria. Upon prize forfeiture, no
compensation will be given.

7. Conditions. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. By entering, each participant
warrants and represents that (1) if their Submission is a winner, he or she agrees to provide legal releases for the use of
such reference in a form satisfactory to judges and/or Sponsor; (2) Sponsor shall own the Design (and all material embodied
therein); (3) by entering, the entrant assigns to Sponsor and its designees any and all rights, title and interest in the Design
including but not limited to all intellectual property rights; and (4) Sponsor and its designees shall have, without limitation, the
perpetual right worldwide to create, manufacture, design, distribute, adapt, modify, publish, exploit, use the Design in any
way and in any and all media now known or hereafter devised for trade, advertising, sales, promotional and/or other purposes
(including, but not limited to, displaying online as stated above for public display and voting) as Sponsor and/or its designees
may determine without further permission from; or notification or consideration to the entrant or any third parties. Participation
in Contest and acceptance of prize constitutes each entrant’s and each winner’s permission for Sponsor to use his/her name,
address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information, Design, Submission and any
statements made by each winner regarding the Contest or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice
oradditional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants and winner agree to release and hold
harmless Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates,
partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss,
harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death
which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Contest, or possession, acceptance and/or
use or misuse of prize or participation in any Contest-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation,
copyright infringement, trademark infringement or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Entrants who do not comply
with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Contest in any way shall be disqualified. There is no purchase or
sales presentation required to participate. A purchase does not increase odds of winning.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD
SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH
PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.


8. Name of Winner. To obtain the name of winner, please send a written request and self-addressed, stamped envelope by
