I was introduced to the wine key by a French Wine Maker 8 years ago and to be honest didnt beleive it until I tried it. It was at my wifes funeral and I brought a case of very good Cal. cabs. and Brunnelos. They were all fairly young but seeing that most of the people there didnt know much about wine it was ok. They turned out to be perfect for this product. IT WORKED!
