Sorry, no returns on personalized items, custom wine cellars, custom wine racks, cooling units, audiovisual products (CDs, DVDs, etc.), computer software, books, food, or plants. Shipping is refunded only if items were personalized incorrectly in production, the wrong items were shipped, or merchandise was received damaged. For all free-standing wine cellars, wine racks, large furniture pieces, and cooling units, pre-payment will be required, and a 20% restocking charge will be imposed for any cancellations or returns.

What's Not To Like?

I love these poly carb glasses, stemmed and unstemmed. They are totally taste neutral, easy to handle and clean, beautiful and stylish. And, of course, they are unbreakable. I would not hesitate to serve my best wine to my most discerning guest in this stemware. The stemless version has that Italian peasant flair, is easy to warm in the hand and less prone to spilling at the dinner table. Now, when is a stylish poly carb decanter going to become available?

I purchased 2 sets of this polycarb-wear for a specific event. I did not want to use any glass items for a beach party. These glasses were okay. I was sad to say I found some after my purchase for [$] each at a local kitchen shop I had forgotton to check at. Hand wash & dry, I have stored mine back in the original boxes and put away until needed again.

Wanted stemless durable wine glasses for use aboard long range fishing boats. I did find the edges of the lips a little sharp. Easily corrected this by polishing lips with very fine sandpaper (600 grit or finer).

These "u-shaped" poly tumblers are perfect for pool, patio or picnic use. They are thinner than other poly/carb tumblers I have. This is nice because they do not have that plastic look that the thicker walled ones do. These reflect light just like glass. Great in our motorcoach too.

I bought these wine tumblers to use on our extended day hikes. Our vacations and birthdays are usually spent on a hiking trail with our border collies. We usually pick a scenic spot or mountain top to rest with a bottle of wine, cheese, crackers, and, of course, dog treats. I wanted a wine glass that was practical to stuff in a backpack and not have to worry about breakage. These tumblers fit the bill as they are light weight and compact (no stems). They beat the plastic cups we were using before, hands down. The only minor faults are that they are easily scratched and it is hard to clean off smudges even with hand washing. And, since they are polycarbonate, you will get a plastic thud sound instead of a glass "click" when toasting the occasion.

Service and delivery comments:

When ordered, I was told they were on back-order for several weeks. That time line was extended twice for total of six weeks. This delay was not a problem for me, personally.
