We ask only that you return the merchandise in new condition, in original boxes, with your receipt. Sorry, no returns on personalized items, custom wine cellars, custom wine racks, cooling units, audiovisual products (CDs, DVDs, etc.), computer software, books, food, or plants. Shipping is refunded only if items were personalized incorrectly in production, the wrong items were shipped, or merchandise was received damaged. For all free-standing wine cellars, wine racks, large furniture pieces, and cooling units, pre-payment will be required, and a 20% restocking charge will be imposed for any cancellations or returns.

I purchased these glasses (2 sets) to take to a cabin for a 3 family week get together. All 3 families are HUGE wine snobs, so I figured a plastic cup wouldn't cut it with our nice wines that we'd planned for the week. I've only had them for a month now. They seem durable, feel nice in your hand, and don't have any scratches on them yet. It's still not the same as my Reidel stemware, but it's great for outdoors and no worries about breakage! Glad I purchased this item and will continue to use for outdoor entertaining at home and future cabin/camping trips!

I plan to return the 3 sizes of these glasses that I purchased...the design is pretty and I was hoping these were break resistent GLASS but are indeed plastic, and while I was disappointed when I first saw them I thought I'd keep them for outside use until I tried it...smooth outside edge nice, but the inside of the edge is sharp and uncomfortable. I'm so disappointed as they look great!

These wine glasses look just like glass and they're great on the pool deck. We've had cheap imitations and these do not feel and do not look cheap. Even our guests can't tell which is glass and which is plastic just by looking at them. I recommend these for wine connoisseur's entertaining on surfaces that would shatter your regular wine glass.
