Sorry, no returns on personalized items, custom wine cellars, custom wine racks, cooling units, audiovisual products (CDs, DVDs, etc.), computer software, books, food, or plants. Shipping is refunded only if items were personalized incorrectly in production, the wrong items were shipped, or merchandise was received damaged. For all free-standing wine cellars, wine racks, large furniture pieces, and cooling units, pre-payment will be required, and a 20% restocking charge will be imposed for any cancellations or returns.

The glass is delicate and yes pretty. I hand wash all my wine glasses whether they are glass or acrylic. I don't like to see spots on any glasses. So, I never put these in the dishwasher. There is a seam in the acrylic portion that I don't care for. Therefore, I'd never use them for a formal party. I use these acrylic glasses on the pool deck and all outside entertaining. If they didn't have that fine seam they would be PERFECT!!! They can be made without the seam as I have purchased acrylic wine glasses and they absolutely looked & felt like glass. They were about the same price of these. I would recommend these but you must be aware that there is a fine seam on the glass.

Nice looking, but cheap feeling...

I was under the impression that these "glasses" were actual glass. I wasn't expecting a high class plastic. Although the design was very nice and they were virtually unbreakable, they didn't feel right. They were to light and you could see the seams on the side of the "glass".
I'm sure they would be practical in some setting, but personally I don't like to drink wine out of plastic.

We have not had the opportunity to use these glasses yet. The molding process (for this Taiwanese product) is not very refined, since each glass has a wavy, distorted line going up each side that corresponds to the location of the mold seam. Not nice to look through. In addition, 3 of the 4 glasses had scratches right out of the box. Only buy if you're not too picky!

Great Christmas gift for my daughter and son-in-law who had a pool/hot tub installed this fall. They had looked locally for attractive, unbreakable wine glasses to use outdoors with no luck, so I was thrilled to find these and even more pleased when I saw them. They were very pleased as well!

These glasses are beautiful. The desctiption states they are dishwasher safe (top shelf) but they became cloudy and cracked around the rim. The are too expensive to have to wash by hand. After all, they are not crystal.

I was disappointed in these glasses only because I expected a "fine crystal" like appearance. You can see the seam where halves meet. The rim is rough and I would not enjoy sipping out of these. I bought them with the intention of everyday use because my neighbors had some "break resistant" crystal glasses and I thought these to be similar. My mistake. But I am sure would be perfect for a large family gathering outdoors. I did return them and found break resistant crystal glasses.

I love these PolyCarb wine glasses. I purchased them for outdoor use and around the pool area but find myself using them in the house. You really can't tell they are plastic. I had some other plastic wine glasses that were thick which made drinking wine from not very appealing. I put these in the top shelf of the dishwasher and they do fine. These wine glasses are the best.
