Junior Social Media Coordinator
Wine Enthusiast Companies is looking for a dynamic entry-level individual to join the digital team as the Junior Social Media Coordinator. The candidate will gather and analyze key market information, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand recognition via various social media platforms. They should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate highly clickable and shareable daily product content for e-commerce side of business, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest platforms.
  • Conduct photo research and coordinate with Commerce department to obtain original photography that will result in optimal post engagement.
  • Under the guidance of Social Media Coordinator, create 10-20 weekly posts on any given platform, including inputting tracking codes to monetize post reach.
  • Coordinate with in-house Marketing team to build meaningful platform-specific campaigns and connections that encourages community members to take action.
  • Act as a liaison between the Social Media Coordinator and the department in order to develop new campaign opportunities and product spotlights that adhere to the brand voice and the align with editorial social efforts.
  • Interact with customers and fans in real time on various social platforms.
  • Source, build, and maintain a network of social media influencers.
  • Track social media influence measurement using reporting tools, and prepare reports.
  • Assist with social media ad campaigns, including campaign creation execution, maintenance and analysis.
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach target buyers
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years business experience.
  • Write weekly reports quickly and efficiently.
  • Active and well-rounded personal social media presence, with a command of each network and its best practices.
  • A detail-oriented, analytical thinker who takes the initiative and is motivated to learn.
  • Working knowledge of and successful experience with Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation marketing, inbound marketing, and blogging.

Customer Service Representative
The Wine Enthusiast, a direct marketing and e-commerce leader in providing wine cellars, racking and wine accessories is seeking to add an articulate, friendly and dependable professional to our Customer Support Division at our new headquarters in Valhalla, NY.

The key to being a successful Customer Service Representative at the Wine Enthusiast is knowing how to always put the customer first. We ensure our customers receive timely, accurate and knowledgeable information as well as assistance and accuracy processing their orders.

The main responsibilities of our CS representatives include:
  • answering in-bound customer calls
  • communicating with customers via email & Live Chat
  • commanding thorough product knowledge of our merchandise

Customer Service - Cooling Product Support Specialist
The Wine Enthusiast, a direct marketing and e-commerce leader in providing wine cellars, racking and wine accessories, is seeking a professional who can provide telephone product support and technical assistance to our customers, primarily with our cooling units, working from our headquarters in Valhalla, NY.

Our product support specialists provide general customer service and telephone troubleshooting assistance to customers and field repair technicians needing assistance with operating and/or repairing wine storage refrigerators and wine cellar cooling units. These products are either proprietary or imported and distributed, by the company.

Main responsibilities include:
  • handle incoming technical support calls
  • troubleshooting product malfunction issues with customer and repair technicians
  • contact service companies to dispatch repair requests
  • submit appropriate paperwork for processing (warranties, call tags, repair bills, order acknowledgements, etc.)
  • customer communications (warranty, drop ship, claims, etc.)
  • work with in house service technician on return unit repairs
  • work with Inventory planning to order replacement parts for cellar repairs
To be successful in this position you will:
  • have 2-3 years of product support experience. Familiarity with refrigeration principles and technology, HVAC, or other similar technical experience.
  • have 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • have a clear, calm and pleasant speaking voice
  • possess and continually exhibit genuine listening skills
  • possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • have strong multi-tasking skills and outstanding organizational skills
  • be able to work in high demand environment with minimal supervision
  • have automotive, refrigeration, construction, electrical, and/or other technical experience

Advertising Sales Executive
Wine Enthusiast Magazine is seeking an experienced, dynamic advertising sales executive with key contacts in the liquor, auto, and jewelry categories to join us at our headquarters located in Valhalla, NY. We are looking for a professional who is cultured with a competitive streak and inquisitive nature who will consistently demonstrate the values of the Advertising department's culture of success.

The successful candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of five years' experience as a sales/marketing representative with a high concentration in digital & print ad sales. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
  • A strong knowledge of publishing/media industry.
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
  • A proven track record in achieving & exceeding advertising sales goals.
  • Demonstrable expertise in prospecting, inside and outside sales, closing deals, and maintaining multiple client accounts on a renewal basis.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact successfully with clients and advertising agencies at all levels.
  • An established strong and widespread network of contacts within the media industry i.e. agencies and clients.
  • Good word processing and electronic communication skills. Any work in CRM data management systems is a plus i.e. salesforce.com.
