We didn't know what was wrong with our opener or that you could replace the "worm" until finding this website. We thought we had to buy a whole new "Rabbit" unit and were very unhappy. We found this site and decided to try the new worm to see if it would work and it worked like a charm! Saved tons of money since we didn't have to buy a new opener. Great purchase for us!
