How is this product packaged/shipped? Is it all in one nice box or are there 2 separate boxes - one for the carafe and one for the glasses? I need size of the box or boxes so I can do my own gift wrapping.

BEST ANSWER:There are 3 separate boxes that ship in 1 box The chiller is in a 9" x 5"x14" and each set of galss is in a box that is 6 1/4" x 3 1/2" x 4.5"
The carafe works well to keep wine cold, but people always want to take the stopper out (which houses the ice)to pour the wine. Each time I have used it, a guest either pours wine all over the place or has spilled the ice. In order to pour the wine, you have to manipulate the ice holder.
I really loved the look of the product, BUT.... to fill the inner chamber with ice you have to slide in the cubes (the tube is glass). About the 10th time I used it the ice cube broke the thru the bottom and the chilling tube is now useless. [...] Very disappointed with the durability of the product [...].
I really like the idea for this carafe -- sadly, the execution is sorely lacking. With the insert in the carafe, pouring is difficult at best. The wine tends to dribble down the neck of the carafe onto the counter, table, etc. Also, it would be much better if the stopper screwed in instead of just being a too-tight fit; it doesn't even close completely.
